Training is a supervised, customized workout comprised of 2-minute intervals
utilizing free weights, machines, cardio equipment, balls, bands, core strengthening
and stabilization toys, AND a certified personal trainer. Class size is limited to fulfill each individual’s needs. |

| Our Circuit Training program is a fat-burning, endurance building workout. You, and a small group of other women, work directly with a trainer on a program customized for each individual. Invest 60 minutes, a few times a week and we'll make great strides in your endurance, strength, agility, balance and coordination. This is functional fitness at its finest! These semi-private classes are designed to help meet your health and fitness goals. Because of the limited class size and individual attention you deserve, appointments are a necessity. CIRCUIT TRAINING RATES: $20 an hour on a “stand-in” basis; $18 an hour on permanent scheduling. All classes are “by appointment only.” A monthly commitment is necessary in order to book a permanent spot. Cancellation Policy: MUST be phoned in by 5PM the day before your class or full price is charged. $5 reservation fee charged for regularly scheduled classes missed due to changes in your schedule. Recommended for "newbies" is a *private training session prior to first circuit training class. Cost $70. |

Circuit Training Testimonials After nearly three years of circuit training at Tone-Up I still look forward to my Monday, Wednesday, Friday workouts. It's never the "same old thing" because Suesan works hard to customize everyones routines. No matter how much I moan and groan, I definetely see an increase in my physical strength and endurance. Nancy Barasch I am not one of those fortunate people who enthusiastically embrace exercise. I have always alternated between successfully avoiding it and forcing myself to work out because itŐs good for me. That changed two years ago when I discovered circuit training at Tone-Up Santa Barbara. Suesan Pawlitski is an expert. She designs an individualized workout for each client each day. Classes are kept small so I get the personal attention I need. Because the variety of exercises combine free weights, machines and cardiovascular, I never have a chance to get bored. Thanks to Tone-Up, my body shows dramatic changes. I am firmer, stronger, and have lost those extra pounds. For the first time in my life I enjoy working out. I even look forward to it, and I thought that would never happen to me. Annie, age 56, April, 2003 I've always been active but I hated to take time out to "exercise". Unfortunately in the past few years, I've developed some neck and back problems. My chiropractor would, along with his course of treatment, assign different exercises for me to do, but I never seemed to get around to doing them. My neck and back were obviously trying to tell me something. Since I've been doing regular exercise at TONE UP SB I have eliminated a great majority of back and neck pain and have received the added benefit of looking and feeling more fit. Joanie 45 Circuit Training is a wonderful way to exercise. Every session is individually designed for each student with particular attention paid to her strengths and weaknesses. Class size is limited so each student gets personal attention while she exercises. With the introduction of new equipment and exercises as well as new challenges, the sessions move very quickly. Individual progress is the goal. Cynthia Emmet, 73 I tried ToneUp to gain flexibility lost from years of heavy & rigorous weightlifting. Becoming strong came easy to me, getting FIT was a different story! ToneUp woke up muscle groups that had been dormant and reintroduced balance and grace. Eventually I added Circuit Training and dropped lifting weights at the "Power Gym" all together. With Suesan's program of Circuit Training, I still get the benefit of lifting weights but also concentrate on gaining better stamina by doing more reps. After a year without the "body building" routine I truly feel I am in better shape both muscularly and cardiovascularly. Tara Smith, 37 Circuit training is an efficient strength and cardio workout. Suesan makes sure all the exercises are done correctly for maximum effectiveness, and in one hour I've worked out all parts of my body - even the parts I hate to work on!
