Group Exercise Classes

TONE-UP  The original “barefoot” program has been developing and taught by owner, Suesan Lazarus Pawlitski since 1987. This anaerobic strength-training system combines physiologically sound and effective exercises based on ballet warm-ups, core exercises, Pilates principles and weight training. Open to all levels including BEGINNERS. Bare feet or “bare foot shoes” recommended.

TONE-UP INTERVAL
Combo of Tone-Up & Step Aerobics, other cardio and use of equipment and toys.  Shoes recommended. 1 hr. 10 mins.

BODY BALANCE
Focus on core strength, balance, and coordination with a blend of functional exercises. The class will end with a focus on flexibility that will give your body just what it needs to leave you feeling refreshed after a fun and challenging work out. Taught by Ryan Gage.

FitStrong
A total body workout to build strength, endurance & stamina in women of all fitness levels. Taught by Ryan Gage.
